PSA Nitrogen Generator Carbon Molecular Sieve Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) nitrogen generator is a new type of air separation high-tech equipment. It uses compressed air as raw material, carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent, and adopts the pressure swing adsorption process to produce nitrogen.

The PSA nitrogen generator uses the difference in the adsorption amount of oxygen and nitrogen in the air on the surface of the carbon molecular sieve and the difference in the loosening rate of oxygen and nitrogen in the carbon molecular sieve to control the opening and closing of the pneumatic valve through a programmable controller to complete pressurized adsorption, the process of decompression and desorption,completes the separation of oxygen and nitrogen, and obtains nitrogen of the required purity. The purity and gas production of nitrogen can be adjusted according to customer requirements. The DFD series of general nitrogen type nitrogen production equipment produced by our company has a nitrogen purity of 95%-99.999% and a gas production capacity of 1Nm3/h-3000Nm3/h. If the customer requires high-purity nitrogen, the hydrogenation or carbonization deoxygenation series nitrogen purification equipment produced by our company can be matched behind the DFD nitrogen production equipment. The purity can reach 99.9999%, the dew point reaches -70°C, and the oxygen content is 1ppm.

PSA nitrogen generator :
